Water and Sewer Utility Billing
Water and Sewer bills are mailed at the end of each calendar quarter and become due in the months of January, April, July and October. Payments not received by the due dates are charged a 1% per month late payment charge. Payments can be mailed to City Hall or there is a drop box on the north side of City Hall.

In addition, the City offers an automatic bill payment for water/sewer bills (download form - requires Adobe Acrobat reader) that can make your payment directly from your checking account. Online payments of utility bills are also available for a convenience fee.

Selling a Home
The City does not perform final readings for water/sewer bills for sales of property; buyers and sellers should have the utility charges prorated as part of the closing process.

Note: If you are currently on the Automatic Payment program please notify the Accounting office in writing to ensure that your utility account is removed from direct debit and the bill is mailed to the correct address. For your convenience, please click on the link to direct you to our Automatic Payment Plan form, where you can complete the form and check the "Cancel Direct Debit" box.
