Community & Neighborhood Plans
Overview
The following neighborhood plans have been adopted as part of the City’s 2035 Comprehensive Plan.  The Plan identified areas where remaining investments in commercial development are expected and where redevelopment will likely occur.  The neighborhood plans for the ten identified Targeted Investment Areas (TIAs) in the City of Brookfield identify the long range vision for land use, development, redevelopment, transportation, and other issues in selected geographic areas of the community.
